Digital Marketing Lead and Account Director, Jake, is a creative and analytical thinker. With a background in digital marketing and biomedical science, Jake has a wealth of experience in the ideation, planning, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns for healthcare organisations, having worked both in-house and agency side; from SEO strategy, creative social media campaigns to website builds and launching virtual congresses.
NextJake had a keen interest in the sciences growing up and obtained his degree in Biomedical Science from Northumbria University. Realising lab life was not for him, he shifted career paths into the business world, receiving his master’s degree in International Marketing from Newcastle University before entering the industry.
Jake has since worked in a number well known global corporations such as Parker Hannifin, Ernst and Young, and Energizer Holdings before joining the Onyx Health team where he has applied his skills and knowledge to help clients achieve positive results from their digital marketing activities.
Outside of work you’ll find Jake working out in the gym, bingeing on the latest Netflix series or spoiling his two cockapoos, Ralph and Charles.
